School of Architecture Design Academy 2019, June 9-15, 2019
 

You can use this eCommerce MarketPlace as a secure and convenient way to pay for your student's Design Academy registration cost. Students must be at least 16 years old by June 1, 2019 to be eligible to attend the camp.

The deadline for the application and payment is April 22, 2019. The total cost to each student is $600.00 (plus an additional $20.00 for parking if you plan to have a car on campus). This includes the cost of tuition, room, board, and studio fee. Refunds will not be made after May 13, 2019.

Upon submitting this application and subsequent payment, you will be emailed a link to upload a copy of your high school transcript, along with other general information about the program (including scholarship information if requested).

The School of Architecture reserves the right to alter the Summer Design Academy as described in this material. Enrollment is limited to 40 students, and preference will be given to rising seniors. If the enrollment limit is reach prior to the closing date for the applications, a waiting list will be established.

A few things to note:
 

  • If for any reason you are not accepted into the Summer Design Academy, you will be notified by the School of Architecture and a full refund will be issued.
  • If your student is awarded a full or partial scholarship to attend the Design Academy, then you will be reimbursed equal to the amount of the scholarship prior to the onset of the program. 
  • Persons with disabilities who need reasonable accommodations to fully participate in the program (such as accessible housing, handicap parking, etc.) should contact the School of Architecture directly using the contact info above.

Privacy Policy

Although we can never completely guarantee that your personal information will not be accessed in an unauthorized or unlawful manner, it is our goal to make every effort to prevent that from happening. At UNC Charlotte, we understand that the responsibility for safeguarding your personal information is paramount to achieving customer loyalty and support.

Though we may use your email address, mailing address or phone number to contact you regarding account and invoicing issues or otherwise troubleshoot problems, the University will never request that you share your password, user name, credit card, or other personal information through email. If you receive an email soliciting sensitive data that appears to have originated from the University, please treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately.
